By using CleanShot ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

CleanShot is a Chrome browser extension that extracts transcripts from YouTube videos and uses AI to generate LinkedIn carousel post content. The Service includes a free trial (1 video) and paid subscription plans.

2. Account

• You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent the free trial is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage.

4. Content Ownership

• Your content: You own the carousel text generated by the Service. You are free to publish, modify, and distribute it.
• Video content: The original YouTube video content belongs to its creator. CleanShot does not claim ownership of any video content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of video-derived content complies with applicable copyright laws.
• Our service: The CleanShot software, AI prompts, and templates are our intellectual property.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on YouTube's website structure and third-party AI APIs, which may change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
