If CookieMop Pro is not what you wanted, email thoopring@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to prove anything.
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, who processed the payment as merchant of record. The money returns to the card or account you paid with, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your licence key stops being valid for new activations once a refund is issued. CookieMop verifies licences on your own device and never contacts a server, so an already-activated copy will not phone home and switch itself off — we ask that you remove the licence from the extension's options page after requesting a refund.
The free version keeps working either way. Nothing you set up — your rules, your whitelist, your statistics — is affected by a refund.
You do not have to pay to evaluate CookieMop. The extension is free, and every feature described as free stays free permanently. Pro adds rule profiles and the per-cookie whitelist on top. If you are unsure whether those two features are worth $9.99 to you, install the free version first and decide afterwards.
If you bought Pro twice, or bought it by mistake, email us and we will refund the extra purchase regardless of how long ago it happened.
Please email us before opening a chargeback. A refund request handled directly is faster for you than a dispute through your bank, and we have never refused one.
